| Central Oregon Snowbusters was formed
in 2009 to maintain & groom over 250 plus miles of snowmobile
trails that are in the Mt Bachelor area. We work closely with
the US Forest Service, Oregon State Snowmobile Association,
Oregon Department of Transportation, Sisters Sno Go-fers snowmobile
club & other snow user groups to accomplish this goal.
Our first meeting was Sept. 6, 2009 to establish
By-Laws for our new club, Officers, Board of Directors and
meeting dates.
Established Officers for a two year
term:
- President: Matt Mahoney
- Vice President: Wally Buckman
- Advisor: Rob Alwardt
- Secretary: Barb Allwardt
- Treasurer: Pam Wittwer
Established Board of Directors are:
- Position 1: Jere Smith (two year term)
- Position 2:Barbara Bosy (two year term)
- Position 3: Norma Buckman (two year term)
- Position 4: Bob Wittwer (1 year term)
Club Meetings: It was established the club
will hold monthly general meetings on the 3rd. Thursday of
every month at 6:30 pm starting on October 15th, 2009.
Board of Director Meetings: It was established
that the Board of directors will meet on a monthly basis on
the 2nd. Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm.
Registrations and Identification: Central
Oregon Snowbusters Snowmobile Club is registered with the
State of Oregon, Approved by the State of Oregon and holds
an Employee Identification number with the Internal Revenue
Department.
Central Oregon Snowbusters is established as a non-profit
grooming club for the Oregon State Snowmobile Association.
Central Oregon SnowBusters currently has approximately 80
to 90 members.
