- Do not follow closely behind snow groomers
- Always ride in a straight line on groomed trails
- Use hand signals for slowing, stopping, or turning off of trails
- Adjust speed to visibility
- Do not stop in the middle of a trail
- Always use your headlight
- Do not use drugs or Alcohol
- Do not go out alone
- Ride cautiously in Sno-Parks, near lodges and crossing highways
- Look out for cross-Country Skiers, sled dog teams, ATVs and Groomers
- Avoid the use of loud mufflers
- Reduce the noise to a minimum after 10pm in the Sno-Parks
- All trails are marked for type of use
- Always dress appropriately for adverse weather
- Always be prepared
- Know the area in which you are riding
- Observe and comply with posted areas
- Be aware of snow depth
- Avalanche
- Licensing & Permits
